Brazil timezone mismatch between OTM and BIP reports for pickup/delivery appointment dates
Customer facing an issue with pickup/delivery appointment dates: there is a mismatch between OTM and BI Publisher reports regarding pickup and delivery appointment dates.
The BIP report takes the appointment pickup/delivery dates from the standard OTM table APPOINTMENT (Database) as following:
TO_CHAR(UTC.GET_LOCAL_DATE(APPOINTMENT_START_TIME, LOCATION_GID),'DD/MM/YYYY HH24:mi:ss') APPOINTMENT_START_TIME,
TO_CHAR(UTC.GET_LOCAL_DATE(APPOINTMENT_END_TIME, LOCATION_GID),'DD/MM/YYYY HH24:mi:ss') APPOINTMENT_END_TIME
There seems to be a difference of one hour between the UI and Database.
