Symptoms

The user is facing the following error while rejecting adjustments or Request for More Information:

ERROR

arp_process_adjustment.update_adjustment exception: ORA-01403: no data found (AR-855636)
ORA-01403: no data found (AR-855636)
ORA-20001: (AR-855636)
Adjustment 8003 has been rejected.

Same user can approve adjustments, but cannot reject.
