Symptoms

In the Load Entity ESS job log for WORK_DEFINITIONS below error is noticed -

Is Attribute Based Planning Enabled = 1
Is User Defined Attribute Based Planning Enabled = 2
The Extract Oracle Fusion Entity process started for entity WD_COMPONENT_SUBSTITUTES with refresh number 72023.
