Symptoms
When trying to create movement request issue by using REST API 'Inventory movement requests', the response payload popup error.

Applying List binding LOV_OrganizationCode with given set of values leads to no matching row for a row of type :MovementRequestHeader, key oracle.jbo.Key[281014 ]
STEPS

1. Run the payload by using REST API 'Inventory movement requests'.
2. System popup error in the response.
