Symptoms

Create Catalog Punchout
Unable to authenticate with specific supplier.

Supplier hosts the catalog
Needs to authenticate a payload with payload with From Identity
In from Identity, NetworkId and value need to be passed so the authentication passes.

In create punchout the customer populated
Buyer Company Identification
with
*Domain networkid
*Identity networkid value

but  Request Payload shows From Identity tags are all empty.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up Punchout as follows
Direct cXML supplier punchout
Punchout URL <supplier url>

Populate Punchout Definition (Supplier Information )
 
Supplier
Supplier Site
*Supplier Name
Supplier ID
*Punchout URL
*Password

Populate Buyer Company Information
Buyer Company Identification


*Domain
*Identity

Press Test connection

Error 701

Review log/From tags are empty.
