Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Serial number isn't populated when perform account alias issue transaction against item number and organization. Onhand is available against serial number in sub inventory and locator.
Also serial number in reside in stores status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Serial number should be available in miscellaneous transaction UI when perform account alias issue.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create account alias issue transaction.
2. Serial number isn't populated.
