Delay in Order Submit Webhook Triggering and Reflecting in ICS (Doc ID 2735782.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT

Once the Order Submitted from OCC it's taking around 6~7m to reflect in ICS.

STEPS to REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Navigate to Store URL

2) Add some products and checkout

3) Update Shipping address / shipping method / payment info

4) Place Order

5) Check at ICS end if the placed order reflecting.

Can see a delay of around 6~7m to see the placed order details at ICS.
