Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Data Load

When attempting to load data with HDL (MERGE|Worker),
the following error occurs.

You have provided a date-effective row that starts on {FIRST_ROW_START_DATE}, for an existing record that doesn't start until {DB_LOGICAL_START_DATE}.

You have provided a date-effective row that starts on 2017-04-17, for an existing record that doesn't start until 2018-07-09.

oracle.apps.hcm.common.core.HcmException: JBO-HRC:::HRC_DL_LOGICAL_ROW_LESD_REQD: <MESSAGE><NUMBER>HRC-1035767</NUMBER><TEXT>You have provided a date-effective row that starts on 2017-04-17, for an existing record that doesn't start until 2018-07-09.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS>Another record with the same identifier exists, starting on 2018-07-09. If you're attempting to create a new record, provide a unique reference using the source key or user key attributes. To change the existing record to have an earlier start date, supply the ReplaceFirstEffectiveStartDate attribute with a value of Y. Use the View Business Objects task to confirm that this object supports a change to the earliest start date.</DETAILS><INCIDENT></INCIDENT></MESSAGE>
