Update or Close Sales Orders ESS Processes completes with error:

JobDefinition://oracle/apps/ess/scm/doo/orchestration/processPlanning/CloseOrderServiceJob ERROR:ESS-07034 Job logic indicated a business error occurred while executing an asynchronous java job for request . Job error is: FAILURE

Steps to reproduce:

1. Schedule Update or Close Sales Orders Processes to run every hour with the parameters
    Entity Name - Header
    EntityId - null
    number of hours - null
    startDate - <date>
    endDate: - <date + 1 year>
