On : 126.96.36.199.0 version, Service Request
While on the SR landing page, when a user clicks on the "Create Service Request" button, the users get a pop-up with the below error message.
"A valid default service request status hasn't been defined. Ask your service administrator to set it up. (SVC-5295051)"
1. Navigate to the Help Desk SR landing page
2. Click on the Create Service button
