Symptoms

Return Order (RMA) creation fails with:

The value xxxxxx given for attribute BILL_TO_ACCOUNT_CONTACT_POINT_ID which is dependent on attribute BILL_TO_ACCOUNT_CONTACT_ID with value xxxxxxx is invalid.
The value xxxxxx given for attribute Bill-to Customer which dependent on attribute Bill-to Contact with value xxxxxx is invalid.

An error is reported when submitting a Return Order (RMA) which is created from an Order - the RMA is a referenced RMA.
