Import Error via XML in FDC.

Steps:

Prepared the XML
Upload in UCM
Run the FDC processes: Scheduled Processes - Run the Import Electronic Fiscal Documents - then run the Import Brazil Electronic Documents
Checking in Manage Interface Exceptions and reviewing the error details
