Symptoms

You have a custom report that you can print as XLSX.

However, when you pick email distribution as delivery method the email is delivered with a bad attachment, with an attachment file name like this : =UTF-8BT3JkZXIgT3ZlcnZpZXcg4oCTIENyb3NzLURvY2tpbmcueGxzeA===
