Symptoms
Users cannot cancel Fiscal Document (FD).
An error occurs when users try to cancel the FD invoice in the Remittance page.
Even with setup for Time Limit, issue not solved

You have not defined time limit configuration for fiscal document cancellation
Steps To Reproduce
1. Supply Chain Execution > Inventory
2. From the Shipment page, select the Cancel Fiscal Document action.
3 Enter the Cancellation Reason.
4. Click on Save and Close.
5. The error message is displayed.
