Outbound Order Lock Codes Are Not Considered During Wave Allocation Where Lock Code Has Flag 'Allocatable' Not Checked (Doc ID 2738337.1)

Goal

Setup order lock codes at order detail level with flag ‘Allocatable’ =False. During Wave allocation, it allocates stock regardless of the lock code value. 

Order has two order detail lines, one detail line with order lock code which allows allocation and second detail line with lock code which does not allow allocation.
Run Wave. Wave considered and allocated for both order detail lines.
