This document answers the most frequently asked questions about the new Transaction Console archive feature introduced in Release 20D.

 Q1: Is there a batch process to run to archive the transactions as per selection in approval rules tab?
 Q2: Does the system triggers automatically archive batch process to run once the upgrade to 20D activity is completed?
 Q3: What is the current period of time that workflows will be archived?
 Q4: What is the new default value when 20D is applied?
 Q5: Is there a way to view the archived transactions within the application?
 Q6: As these archived transactions are not available at least  till 21C from UI, do we have any report or process to view archived reports or a table that we can build a query to retrieve the archive data?
