Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, GL Reports & Inquire Screens

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is a FRS report where customer added number of quarters in the choice list. Before addition used to get only one prompt for accounting period but now are getting two.
Have added the new quarters to choice list of all the columns in the report.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open FRS report
2. Respond to prompts at report level
3. two prompt seen

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users see two prompt on FRS report
