Movement Request Line Got Closed instead of Preapproved With Open Picks and while Pick Confirm below error appears

java.lang.NullPointerException

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
1. login to applications
2. goto Supply Chain Exceution->Inventory management
3. task list->Manage Reservation and Picks
4. Select the Demand Document type as Movement request and Demand Document number as Movement request Number
5.Actions->Edit Reservation and Picks
6. Edit the Pick Quantity Morethan requested Quantity
7. Error Appears

Note:

a. Error also appears  while Pick Confirm from Confim Pick UI
b. Overpicking for Movement request Enabled at Organization Level

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should able to update Quantity more than requested as Overpicking for Movement request Enabled at Organization Level
