IDCS: How can Change Global Logout Settings in Existing SAML IdP That IdP Metadata was Imported

Goal
A SAML SSO has been configured with a third party authentication service as Identity Provider (IdP) and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) as Service Provider (SP).
Now, the third party IdP also is logged out when logging out IDCS. It's required to disable the global logout to prevent the IdP from logging out. But, there is not parameter to switch the global logout in the IdP Edit screen on IDCS console. How can we change the global logout settings in the existing IdP?
