Consol Option Missing For Users When Connecting To Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service (FCCS) In Excel Via Smart View (Doc ID 2739002.1)

Users connect to FCCS in the Smart View panel in Excel, but when expanding the server option, there is no Consol entry which allows users to retrieve/submit data against the application.
