Unable To Create Data Model With Error 'SQL Query Contains Non-Supported Data Type' (Doc ID 2739052.1)

On : Oracle Analytics Cloud 5.8 version, Test environment.

While creating a data model, following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------


SQL Query contains non-supported data type.
STRING, CHAR, VARCHAR, NCHAR, NVARCHAR, DATE, TIMESTAMP, NUMBER, INTEGER, FLOAD.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Oracle Analytics Cloud.
2. Click Catalog and navigate to folders.
3. Click New link and select 'Data Model'.
4. Select SQL Query data source.
5. Insert the SQL Query and click OK.

Above mentioned error appears on screen.
