ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to reassign the requisition approval notification. No users are listed in the Reassign Users search.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Other users should be listed in the Reassign - Requisition approval notification.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As approver, Open the Requisition approval notification.
2. Click on Actions > Reassign > Search for the user.
No results.
Note : Requisition Approval Notification is BIP Notification.
