Status 'Failed' Is Not Displayed In CO Screen If Task Is Incomplete On CO. (Doc ID 2739088.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Failed status is not displayed on CO screen if task is incomplete on CO.

In change order flow, the task is defined to complete before interim approval step. If the CO moves till that interim approval stage and task is incomplete, CO fails but the failed status does not show up on change order screen along with status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
(Failed) status should be visible if the task is incomplete and CO moves till Interim Approval Step 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In the Change Order flow, the task is defined to complete before Approval.
In this case, if task is incomplete and CO moves till Approval step, it fails and shows up on the screen along with status .

2.In CO flow, the task is defined to complete before Interim Approval Step .
 In this case, if task is incomplete and CO moves till Interim Approval Step ,  it fails , but 'Failed' does not show up on the CO screen along with status.
