Symptoms

The 403 following warning was found during order search using Agent.

This indicates an expensive query is run.

Reproducible Steps
1. Log into occs-agent
2. Go to Orders
3. Set "Status" to be "Fulfilled"
4. Press "Search" button. --> this triggers GET "/ccagent/v1/orders?q={"state":"NO_PENDING_ACTION","pageNumber":0,"limit":200,"requireCount":false}" call
