ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to approve an older transaction, the transaction is not getting approved and remain in progress.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. For worker XXXX which is having the transaction '300000000000000'
2. Navigate to transaction console > search the transaction by Transaction ID filter > transaction is not having an assignee
3. Try to approve it and transaction remain in progress status.
4. If trying to force approve the transaction by selecting the transaction from results and from Action select Force Approve, the following error is received STRING TO METHOD CONSTRUCTOR:KEY IS INVALID: {3}
