The error is reported for Salary and Resignation transactions, but it can apply to any transaction flow.

ORA-12899: value too large for column "FA_FUSION_SOAINFRA"."WFTASK"."EXCLUDEDPARTICIPANTS" (actual: 29894, maximum: 2000)
