Symptoms

Problem Description:

Interview Notifications are not displaying the interview time in the recipient's local time when the recipient is a Hiring Manager or Recruiter -- they are showing in the notification as UTC.

Example:

The date and time listed above is retrieved using the following token:  ${InterviewSchedulingInterviewStartDate}
