Print Test Report Results In ORA-20987: The Requested URL Has Been Prohibited using Autonomous Database (Doc ID 2739720.1)

Goal

On an APEX instance associated with the Autonomous Database, as simple report query was set up in Shared Components in order to test report printing. When I clicking on the Test report button, it returns the error below:

 ORA-20987: The requested URL has been prohibited. Contact your administrator.

What is causing this error?
