FBDI Item Import Error - Standard Coverage Is Not Valid (Doc ID 2739855.1)

Symptoms

 Item import is failing and throwing error when value for 'Standard Coverage' attribute is provided in the FBDI file. 

ERROR

Test_NIR8(ZZZ) :
  Test_NIR8 (ZZZ), STANDARD_COVERAGE - The value of the attribute Standard Coverage isn't valid.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download Item FBDI Template
2. Populate Item Data in the template
3. Generate the CSV File
4. Load Interface File for Import
5. Run the Manage Item Import process
6. Error Occurs
