Symptoms

The following Error is displayed, when trying to search an item using the magnifying glass in Product Information Management:

Error - ADF_FACES-60097 :For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR

Followed by second Error - The search cannot be completed because the search criteria contains a syntax error. (EGP-2775850)
