Symptoms

Integrations fail while calling a stored procedure from DBCS.

Error Details : oracle.tip.adapter.sa.api.JCABindingException: Stored procedure invocation error.
Error while trying to prepare and execute the XXICS.ICSDBA_2358713.XXICS_PROPAY_ID_FILE_PROCESS$ API.
An error occurred while preparing and executing the XXICS.ICSDBA_2358713.XXICS_PROPAY_ID_FILE_PROCESS$ API. Cause: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06550: line 1, column 28:
PLS-00302: component 'XXICS_PROPAY_ID_FILE_PROCESS$' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
