Accrual Clearing Rules Don't Work And Manual Write Off Is Too Time Consuming (Doc ID 2741297.1)

Goal

After creating the Accrual Clearing Rule, the Clear Receipt Accrual Balances job has not written off all POs that should have been written off according to the clearing rule.
1. Not all Finally Closed POs were written off
2. Some PO's are written off only partially

Accrual rule as below

AccrualLine.Receipt Age.toPlainString().toUpperCase()>='XXX'

AND

AccrualLine.PO Status.toUpperCase() is "CLOSED'
