On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Budgets
When attempting to run the seeded General Ledger Trial Balance Report no matter what parameters are uses (small or large volume of data) the process ends in error almost immediately.

The BIP server logs shows the message below, on multiple NOTIFICATION entries:
