Symptoms

The Order Promising - Item Availability - query returns a message:

Web Service has not returned Item Availability Information.

This issue can be reproduced:

1. Navigate to Global Order Promising Workbench
2. Select - Open
3. Search for - Item Availability
4. Open this.
5. Enter Item and provide a date.
6. The Search returns - Web Service has not returned Item Availability Information.
