Symptoms

When attempting to create a Work Order with two operations in parallel (same sequence number), the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
Scheduling cannot be performed because either the calendar is not in effect or resource 10: PCS01H for operation 5: PCS1WC is unavailable. (WIE-4425562)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Work Definition with at least two operations
2. In Edit Operation Resources for:
2.1. Sequence #10 Resource PCS01H, Scheduled: YES
2.2. Sequence #20 Resource PCS02MIN, Scheduled: YES
3. Work Order created without issue
...
4. Update the Operation Resources for:
4.1. Sequence 10 Resource PCS01H, Scheduled: YES
4.2. Sequence 10 Resource PCS02MIN, Scheduled: YES, Principal: Enabled
5. Error is displayed
