Folder And Files Not Being Displayed In Object Storage (Doc ID 2742228.1)

Login to OCI console, navigate to the Object Storage page, and folders and files are intermittently not displayed. The folder is missing.

When listing all objects in the bucket with the OCI CLI tool then it lists the folder and files that are not displayed in OCI console.
