OCI Object Storage - Folder and Files not Displayed in Object Storage (Doc ID 2742228.1)

Symptoms

In OCI Console, when you go to Storage > Object Storage & Archive Storage > Buckets.  When you select a bucket ang go to the Bucket Details page, the some folders and files are not displayed in the Objects section. 

However, you are able to see the missing folder and files, when you use CLI to list the objects in the bucket.
