PC Miller Is Not Calculating The Distance Correctly (Doc ID 2742238.1)

Symptoms

PC Miller is not calculating the distance  correctly

When trying to run the Get Buy Rate for Rapid Order Release for same Pickup and Delivery location it is expected that PC miller will calculate the distance in miles as 4.99 MI.
But it results shows the distance as 4 MI. This is based on the configuration of the External Distance Engine where the SAME_SOURCE_DEST_DIST has been have set to 4.99 MI.
The issue only occurs when the SAME_SOURCE_DEST_DIST is in decimals. OTM ignores the decimal and returns 4.99 as 4 MI
If the SAME_SOURCE_DEST_DIST is set to 5 miles (whole number) , it returns the correct value as 5 MI.
