Fusion Global HR: Behavior of Copied "Environment, Health and Safety Manager" Role (Doc ID 2742445.1)

Created a custom role by cloning the delivered Role "Environment, Health and Safety Manager" and added it to one manager.
When the manager logs in, he is not able to view open Safety Incidents under "My Client Group" once employee submits.

Note : Tried cloning the delivered role and created a custom role with just the naming convention changed (Prefixing/Suffixing) as shown below - [No underlying security was modified].
  Delivered Role : Environment, Health and Safety Manager, Code : ORA_HNS_ENVIRONMENT_HEALTH_AND_SAFETY_MANAGER_JOB
   Custom Role :  Environment, Health and Safety Manager Custom, Code : RS1HNS_ENVIRONMENT_HEALTH_AND_SAFETY_MANAGER_JOB_CUSTOM
   Custom Role :  Environment, Health and Safety Manager Custom, Code :HNS_ENVIRONMENT_HEALTH_AND_SAFETY_MANAGER_JOB_CUSTOM

Custom XX manager role should be able to see open incidents

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Created the Incident : (Report an Incident)
Employee Received an Email after submitting the Incident
XX Manager with custom Role :
Log in as XX Manger and navigate to My Client Group : Not seeing any incidents
