Symptoms

HCM Inbound Extract generating data but failing to load (HDL).

ERROR (Extract Process log)

**Some other exception occurred while invoking mergeAndCheckin
**Exception :java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 1
at oracle.apps.hcm.common.dataLoader.ess.program.InitiateDataImportandLoad.execute(InitiateDataImportandLoad.java:563)
at oracle.apps.fnd.applcp.request.exec.ExecutableWrapper.executeHelper(ExecutableWrapper.java:107)


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run the Extract.
2. Check Extract process log for errors.
