Information in this document applies to any platform.
Purpose
This document outlines what to do and what information needs to be provided in the SR to schedule a hot fix deployment on your Retail Cloud Service environments.
Scope
- Major, Service Updates and Critical Updates (Quarterly Releases) are automatically scheduled by Oracle Retail Cloud Operations for customers whose cloud services have on boarded to the Continuous Delivery scheduling cycle. Refer to Doc ID 2803105.1 for additional details.
- Customers whose Cloud Services have NOT on boarded to the Continuous Delivery scheduling cycle, Major, Service Updates ((Quarterly Releases)) will need to be scheduled by customers on My Oracle Support or Cloud Customer Portal.
- Monthly Cumulative Bundled hotfixes/patches that are released for the Merchandising Suite, Planning & Optimization Suite, Science & Insights Suite and Retail Integration Cloud Services will need to be scheduled by customers on My Oracle Support or Cloud Customer Portal.
