Purpose
This document provide guidance and important information related to scheduling a version update deployment to customer's Retail cloud environments.
Scope
- Major, Service Updates and Critical Updates (Quarterly Releases) are automatically scheduled by Oracle Retail Cloud Operations for customers whose cloud services have on boarded to the Continuous Delivery scheduling cycle. Refer to Doc ID 2803105.1 for additional details.
- Customers whose Retail Cloud Services have NOT on boarded to the Continuous Delivery scheduling cycle, Major, Service Updates (Quarterly Releases) will need to be scheduled by customers on My Oracle Support.
- Monthly Bundled hotfixes & Critical Adhoc Hotfixes will need to be scheduled by customers on My Oracle Support.
