Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Billing Accounting events are not processed

Noticing some of the RMCS Billing lines are not creating the account entries.

Billing lines uploaded are being PROCESSED, but the corresponding accounting events are not getting created.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Accounting entries corresponded to billing events are not getting processed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a contract
2. Import billing lines
3. Create accounting

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see accounting events of billing lines
