Resolution Code List Doesn't Get Refreshed When Outcome is Updated By Groovy In Service Request (Doc ID 2742945.1)

Usually when a service request is resolved and Outcome is selected, Resolution drop-down shows list of values based on Outcome field.

But, when Outcome is auto-populated based on groovy script, then why the values in drop down of Resolution Code field doesn't get refreshed?
