Goal
Cannot Validate W1_VENDOR_LOG index using all batch procedure
During conversion testing we are truncating and loading the production and staging schemas multiple times per day. The W1_VENDOR_LOG indexes will not go valid using the "ALL" procedures.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Switch schema to staging.
2. Run K1-RIUSS
3. Run K1-SCLTB
4. Validate all indexes are valid:
select * from all_indexes
where status != 'VALID'
and owner = 'STGADM'
