Users Are Not Able To View The Uploaded Documents After A Few Days (Doc ID 2743089.1)

User creates a document and uploads the file (pdf) They are able to view it successfully by clicking on "View" Button
However after a few weeks, when they try to click on View, the document (pdf) gets downloaded, but it does not open as the size is very small (a few kb
where as original doc was 2mb approx).

Also when trying to open the downloaded pdf , Error - "Acrobat could not open the file" occurs

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Business Process Automation: Document Manager>>Click on View
2. Unable to find/view the uploaded file after a few days. Works fine initially
