Symptoms


When attempting to validate the location using a External Distance Engine (Spatial), the following error occurs.


This error occurs Only for Japan , Korea and China & works fine for India Locations


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Shipment Management>>Location>>Validate Location
2. Above Error occurs
