Symptoms
When run Create Accounting, encountering error in the output for Miscellaneous transaction.
Error
There are events which couldn't be processed because no data could be found in transaction objects.
Cause: Some events couldn't be processed because no data exists in the transaction objects.
Action: Enable the profile option SLA Enable Diagnostics, create accounting again, and submit the
process Accounting Event Diagnostic to identify the problem.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Submit Create Accounting for Costing
2. Observe reported error in Create Accounting Execution Report.
