Problem Description:

When attempting to move a candidate to HR using the Move to HR action, the following errors occur:

JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.NullPointerException, msg=null

You can't load the work relationship record because the person record doesn't exist (PER-1531678)
