Gender and DOB in Hire an Employee > Personal Details and Family and Emergency Contacts Optional

Hire an Employee > Personal Details > Gender --- Required
Hire an Employee > Family & Emergency Contacts > Gender --- Optional

Hire an Employee > Personal Details > Date of Birth --- Required
Hire an Employee > Family & Emergency Contacts > Date of Birth --- Optional

When trying to personalize it through Design Studio, the conflicting requirement is not doable because there is only one field for Gender and DOB inside the Hire an Employee. Whenever update the Gender to "required" for Personal Details, it becomes required  in the Fam & Emergency Contacts, and vice versa. Therefore, it is shared between Personal Details and Family & Emergency Contacts.
