FA: SCM: Pricing: Why There Is No EXTERNAL_SYSTEM_REF_ID Column In REST Response For Charges (Doc ID 2745368.1)

Last updated on MAY 06, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud Service - Version 11.13.20.07.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Standard REST API(https://hostname.com/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/priceLists/{PriceListId}/child/items/{PriceListItemId}/child/charges/{PriceListChargeId}) to fetch these details in our OIC integration of these inbound transactions.

The Column EXTERNAL_SYSTEM_REF_ID is not available in REST API response.

Need this column because there is an inbound flow from an External System and need to import this into their Fusion Application.

This column EXTERNAL_SYSTEM_REF_ID is an important column for an inbound import of charges to decide whether to INSERT/UPDATE or END-INSERT the charges being imported.

But this column is missing in the response of the REST.
