Symptoms

Location Resource Appointment Rule Set constraints do not apply/reflect when scheduling an appointment until the 'AppointmentLocationResource' cache is cleared manually.

When you update an Appointment Rule Set for a location resource, it doesn't work if the cache is not manually refreshed.

Note: Constrain Appointment= Y
